Vegetarian dog food
8-9 boiled eggs with shell
2 cup of chopped carrots
1/2 cup of celery chopped
1 cup fresh Blueberries
1 sweet potato chopped
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
1 cup of dry Brown Rice
2 and 1/4 cups of low sodium veggie broth
2 tablespoons of Coconut oil
2 tablespoons of Fresh Basil
Boil eggs until hard boiled. Cool in cold water, peel, mash up eggs.
Put shells in oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and Grind shell down into a grainy powder.
Dice up carrots, celery and sweet potato, coat in olive oil with blueberries. Roast in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
Bring rice to a boil in broth, then simmer for 45 minutes, stir in coconut oil until all liquid is absorbed. Set aside and fluff after 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together, and freeze what portions you are not using.
Follow chart below for daily serving size. Cut portion in half if you feed a dry kibble for added nutrients each day.
I give Marlin 1 cup of dry kibble in the morning, and 1 cup of homemade food at night for dinner.
