This is a super tasty recipe that uses all natural ingredients that you should readily have at home and can find with as minimal plastic waste as possible.
I make these whenever I crave some chocolate and peanut butter.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies
Makes 1 Dozen Brownies
Preheat oven to 350 deg fahrenheit - you will need a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
2/3 cups of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
In one bowl, mix the all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream together the peanut butter, honey, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Add the flour mixture to the creamed batter and mix until well combined.
Spread evenly into an 8 inch square baking pan.
Bake for 25 - 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan, and then cut Into squares. Enjoy!
