I love making smoothies for breakfast, this is so yummy!  You can use your homemade yogurt and apple butter to make this.

Apple Butter Smoothie

2 bananas

1/2 cup of whole yogurt

1/2 cup of cashew milk (or almond milk)

2 tablespoons of wheat germ

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1/4 cup of apple butter

1 cup of ice


Blend until smooth


Pour into two glasses


Makes two servings
